Ok. Here's the dealio. I have upped my level of committment to get this thing going. I keep "starting" only to slip days later. This time it's for reals.
I ordered a new workout video and I know that is all I needed to put me over the top. It has nothing to do with the fast food meals or stuffing myself with junk food. The problem the whole time was not having the right workout video.
So, now the weight should literally just fall off of me. It guarantees results in 30 days. We'll see how that goes.
